Q: small problem here. One of the computers here at the office was a bit choppy. I noticed this because when you move the mouse, it stops for a few tenths of a second per second. When I opened the task manager the CPU usage was like jumping from 7% to 30% return (7-24-7-30-7-32-5-40). The use will jump, even when the computer is just sitting idle. Q: Task Manager shows I have 51 processes running. I would like to see if turning off some gameplay will improve. Im not sure necessarily have continued running, though. I remember in Windows 98, the only ones who were to be Explorer and Systray.

Q: I have not installed anything new or something of the past few days, but my explorer.exe process under the task manager starts eating up 100% cpu usage a few times a day, especially when I the first start of the computer. The only solution is to ctrl-alt-del and end the process and then restart from there.
I have scanned my computer for spyware with the latest Ad-Aware and NOD32 antivirus, done all the turn-off system restore stuff and everything but not help.

Q: I changed the priority of Explorer to RealTime in the task manager, and I think that is the cause of me losing my taskmanager. When I open, I get:

Q: He clicked on a photo link on AIM: D
Now he can not open Task Manager. It calls itself Kasper Antivirus, he removed the file, but it comes every time he restarts his computer. Any ideas? This is the most important family / work / school, so this is not the biggest sittuation for him to be: P
