Q: Yesterday I getting weird “C + + Runtime error” explorer.exe “, immediately after starting my computer and open up Internet Explorer.
I checked on my computer, and guess what . There is a hidden file Explorer.exe 32k available at: C: WINNT Explorer Explorer.exe.
WTF?
I ran a full system scan with Norton Antivirus (latest definitions of 12/19) and it did not find anything.
Do Im kind of a worm or a virus?
Q: Okay so a friend of mine has problems with almost everything he tries to do, that ends as a result “XXXX has encountered a problem and needs to close” IE, Outlook, System Restore, Norton AntiVirus, etc. I saw him run Adaware and it got rid of some 1200 entries, but it stilll does not solve the problem. Im heading over there later to take a look at. Any idea what this could be. My best guess is a corrupt file or a Windows or a virus. Thanks

Q: I was fiddling with a number of services the other day and I somehow disabled Norton antivirus auto protect and can not get to start over. I have all the Norton services (I know) set to auto-start and still nothing. There are simply too many services to continue and to them all. That would provide an enormous task I am not prepared. Ive tried using system restore and Ive even installed after 2004 and can not get both cars off. Everybody knows what I miss?
Q: I do not get it. This virus (Sdbot back) but I somehow past me. And this is just stupid . I can actually syscfg32.exe right click and say “Scan with Norton Antivirus, and Norton says it is OK! Mindboggling .
So, I was hoping that someone might try this out. Unzip the file and unzip it http://www.jorsm.com/ ~ bears/syscfg32.zip, and right click the file and scan and see what Norton says.
