Q: I recently purchased a Compaq SR1012NX and added half stick of PC2700 DDR (Centon). I have a couple of BSODs, so I took it out the second stick of ram and ran Prime95. Ran for just over 24 hours until I stopped. Ive even done a few other things on the computer, as some drivers downloaded, hit a few websites and a number filesto burned a CD, while Prime95 ran. Certainly a lot of stress, but I was fine.
So the other stick of RAM in the computer and put Prime95 began at 1:30 this afte

Q: The bios recognizes 4GB (after enabled memory remapping in the bios) but wont boot in to Windows – I get a BSOD either shortly before or shortly after loading the desktop. It will boot without memory remapping enabled, but I can only use 3GB is getting annoying. Any ideas? I have to get it working for a bit, but after restart it started grumbling .
