Q: I get BSODs almost daily, several times a day. They always start by saying an error has occurred with respect to VCOMM (2005). Then pressing Enter brings more blue screen where it says an exception OE has occurred in VXD VMM. Its usually after restart pressing enter a few times. I have Windows reinstalled a few times. Ive replaced vcomm.vxd and others. So far no case has worked. Everyone has an idea of what I can do or what the problem might be?
My specs are Athlon 1.2, 256 SDRAM, 40 gi

Best Answer: I guess the trojan is not allowing the OS to load explorer.exe which is responsible for showing all the shortcut icons on desktop and tray.

Q: I happen to still blue screens. What weird is that it never happens when I use the computer. I go to bed and Ill wake up and my computer is restarted. It tells me that it recovered from an error, but it does not give me the name of a driver or something. I use Windows Vista x64.

Q: I know this is not recommended, but my PC is on the Fritz (see “Trying to determine if my PSU is fried). I moved my hard drives to another PC. It sees the drive with XP first and goes to the XP boot screen, but after 1 second, the blue screens. I think I need the bios for the setting check to not restart on BSOD, if there is one.
Is it possible to get past this?

Q: getting many blue screens were several messages after trying out the system internals PageDefrag program to defrag the system files.
I have since tried to reinstall Windows .
Ive formatted the drive . writing zeros to it, and so on. and I keep getting stopped at the install.
Most recentluy . error was related to CDFS file system. Address F75SEC490
cdfs.sys base in F75E7000, date stamp 3d6de24a
Never a cdfs error earlier . This may relate to m

Q: Ive been getting all these errors and stop blue screens of my system. Ive tried everything to find out whats wrong. I just boot with 2k CD to the Recovery Console. I tried running chkdsk and says that mistakes are not beyond repair. is my only option to reformat? which would lead to something serious that will cause to my system so messed up?
any ideas?!
